this is hadouken!’s new video for “Leap of Faith.”

I have mixed feelings about it. It reminds me too much of a more mainstream Linkin Park-esque vibe that I don’t necessarily appreciate. It also has a heavy metal influence in the beginning that doesn’t really mesh well either and the nu-rave elements are somewhat lost in all this dark subject matter, but it’s hadouken!. you gotta love it.

the next video is from Shinichi Osawa called “Last Days.” Again, I’m not ecstatic about the music, since it seems abnormally long, but I do love the traditional Japanese painting elements. I especially love the little frogs rocking out on the samishen. hahaha.

two music videos that reflect the lukewarm feelings of my own life currently. sad.
